Lenny gave a lot of priceless things to the world…and high on that list is his daughter Kitty who he loved more than anything.. like I love my little Pookie & Bret!
Kitty,
I picked up a copy of a Lenny Bruce biography at a used bookstore while in college about 18 years ago. I had never heard of Lenny but after a few pages I was hooked. Shortly thereafter I stumbled across the film Lenny then began seeking CDs of his performances. Thanks for putting up this site; I will pass it on.
Thanks,
Scott
Dear Scott,
Thank you! Yes please pass it on. Love, Kitty
Hi,
I’m a 22 year old from Australia. I recently stumbled across your fathers wikipedia page and was unable to drag myself away from his remarkable story.
I was wondering if you could recommend me a way to find further works (books, recordings etc) so as i can further appreciate his works.
I will be sure to try to convince my friends to stop by.
Thanks,
Glenn
Dear Glenn, Amazon.com has ” Let the buyer Beware”
a seven and one half hours worth of great moments and full shows of my father’s work. Also includes an 88 page booklet. ” How to talk dirty and influenc people” by Lenny Bruce at most Barnes and Noble book stores or check a large chain near you if they do not have it order it. Also for a long informative read ” The trials of Lenny Bruce” the rise and fall of an American Icon authors Ron Collins and David Skover. His records
on Fantasy Records. If you need any help just write me. Love, Kitty
I am from Manila, Arkansas. I know many of the Jolliffs from that area.
Who was Honey Harlowe’s birth father? No one from here seems to know.

Miss Kitty,
I discovered your father back in the 70s on a cassette that my mother had back when i was 6 years old ,and going to a private christian school. i had a tendency to quote his bits back then and it got me in a lot of trouble considering my uncle was the founder of the school (and i was never happier lol). I am pretty sure that it was my mother and not your father that taught me to question authority. but then i could be wrong. when my daughter gets old enough (she is 9 now ) i will pass on the joy of Lenny Bruce. and if she is anything like me she will pass it on to others.
i hope that the home is successful. you have my love and prayers.
Take safe and be care. always.
Mike
